O Sport fez mais feio ainda, pois perdeu em casa para o Ypiranga por 1 a 0. O resultado não tirou o leão da 3ª colocação.
O Santinha se aproveitou do tropeço dos seus rivais e venceu o Porto por 3 a 1, resultado que fez o time encostar no Sport.
